    • Every week, twice a week for an 1 hour and 50min I learned about how Entrepreneurs should embark a new business.  This college course truly showed me key points I implemented and continue to implement on my senior project.
      • For this course, the required textbook was Business Model Generation.

      • The Course was held in CSU Pomona business building.
      •  I want to keep my transcript private, but if you want to see it, I will gladly show it to you in person.
  • APPLIED
How did the component help you understand the foundation of your topic better?  Please include specific examples to illustrate this.
    • This component gave me a new paradigm of how a Startup should be launched.  I must say, this component greatly impacted the foundation of my topic.
      • Before this component I had no idea what the business model canvas was, and thought that the starting point in a start up was the business plan. Now I know that my assumptions were wrong and learned that business is initiated differently.
      • I was able to learn and analyze every single section of the business model canvas.
        • The business model canvas is derived from 9 essential sections.
    • This component helped me network and get to other sources that are extremely valuable.
      • I was introduced other sources that make up a mammoth part of my foundation.
        • The book "Owners Startup Manual" is the book that showed me the customer development process.
        • The book "Lean Startup" showed me  examples of successful companies who follow the Business Model Canvas.
